Eastern Cape Province held their provincial Twizza netball competition on the 21st of August 2021, where Matatiele (Ladies) took the first place after winning against Elvis NC (East London ladies) on finals, Both Elvis clubs (males and female) made it to the finals. Elvis guys managed to protect the throne by winning against the Pearson NC. National Twizza competition will be held later this year.
Winnie Madikizela Mandela Municipality was represented by Spears Netball Club, both females and males, (From Casino), The guys got eliminated on the loser’s final. The municipality is very active and involved in sports, to support Alfred Nzo in these games the municipality provided a mini Bus for the supporters to and from East London.
National Twizza competition will take place later this year, The exact date will be confirmed as soon as it is available.
