South African football association in the Eastern Cape held the D license coaching program in the Alfred Nzo region since recently. This program is coordinated by the province working together with regional SAFA officials.
The program is designed to grant the rural development coaches an opportunity to have D license in order for them to proceed with development around the region.
One of the coaches who are part of the program is Executive ladies coach Ngonini Khetha, the team is from Ntabankulu town playing in the Sasol league.
He says thus far, the knowledge obtained from this program is vast and he cannot wait to go back to his team to implement everything he has learnt from this program.
It is an exciting program thank you to South African football association for the opportunity, i have learnt a lot about football at larger especially on how to develop young stars, i ma ready to go back to my team and transform them to something big and dangerous as we are aiming for qualify to play in the national League next season. – said Ngonini
