Fort Beaufort 26 March 2023: In a crime intelligence driven operation, police in Fort Beaufort arrested a 29 year old man for possession of a prohibited firearm and magazine.
On Friday, 24 March 2023 quick response led to the speedy arrest at a house in Sarlin Farmt. The 9mm firearm was retrieved after being hidden underneath a drum. The serial number had been filed off.
The suspect is due to appear at Fort Beaufort magistrate ourt on Monday (27/03).
