The construction of the Lwandlolubomvu Multi-Purpose Center is underway in Ward 5 in Matshona village.
This facility includes an Early Childhood Development Center, Combi Courts (a place to play handball), a community library, a Computer laboratory, and offices that will bring you closer to government services such as SASSA, Home Affairs, Social Development and other services.
This building was built in collaboration with the EC Human Settlements department which is built specifically in villages to improve the lives of people in the countryside. It is the municipality’s intention to expand buildings like these in other wards of Ntabankulu.
