The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) has officially announced that payments for the COVID-19 SRD R370 Grant for April 2025 will be processed between 25 and 30 April 2025.
The update, posted on SASSA’s verified Facebook page, emphasizes that this applies only to clients who are approved for April 2025. Beneficiaries are encouraged to use the SRD website to check their individual status and payment reflection dates, as bank processing times may vary.
SASSA reiterated its commitment to ensuring the right grant reaches the right person at the right time, under its slogan: “Paying the right social grant, to the right person, at the right time and place. NJALO!”
