Love is a word that we all think we understand
At childhood, it is something we could not comprehend When you cross my mind, I am deeply overwhelmed With all the right feelings, I feel my heart with you is held
It is safe for me to say, you are my other half Because my whole love language is built on trust In words I cannot put, not even in a paragraph Me without you is a thought I could never adjust
If you do not find this poem enough as my expression Deep down for you I tell God my appreciation
Your cheerleader, all of your dreams I will very much support To build an empire, even if it is just a simple fort.
To give you the stability, peace and respect that you seek In all the summers and all midwinter’s day bleak
I love you so much, one day I will tell you in Greek
