According to reports, Sigadla would call the girl once she gets back from school and tell her that they are playing a “game” whilst raping her. This ordeal did not happen once but has been happening several times.

I am still in disbelief. My daughter is shaken by this whole thing. We hope that justice will be served, said Siviwe Lubanzi the girl’s father.

The family says last Friday the victim’s 13-year-old sister was coming from school, when she walked  on the victim and the perpetrator in a closed room in her home. That’s when she started questioning her little sister about what has happened, who then told her about the ongoing alleged rape. They  then notified their parents.

The doctor has confirmed that the young girl is no longer a virgin, she also has a discharge and there are complications.
