The Area Commissioner of Ncome Management Area Anthony Gina said “as DCS we are very thankful to the officials of Sports, Arts and Culture for the trainings they always provide to offenders.”

As DCS we are a dustbin to all those who have wronged the society. They are thrown to us to rehabilitate them, what is sad is that when it is time to reintegrate them back to society they are called by degrading names, but the job you are doing is amazing to erase that stigma. Inside KwZulu-Natal Correctional Centres we have 26 reading clubs. –  said Gina.
