In response to escalating lawlessness in and around town, the KSD Municipality has introduced a groundbreaking solution—the Traffic Fine Collection Bus. The official launch ceremony took place earlier today at Freedom Square, near Munitata Building.
During the event, Municipal Manager Mr. Ngamela Pakade delivered a resolute message, urging community members to respect and adhere to road rules. He emphasized the Municipality’s commitment to aggressive ticket collection as a means of restoring law and order. Mr. Pakade highlighted that the Municipality wholly owns the bus and its integrated system, unlike previous arrangements. He underscored the bus’s role in revenue enhancement.
