According to the university’s official announcement on 5 January 2025, the upgrade aims to centralise academic and administrative tasks—such as registration, class schedules, and billing—into a single digital hub.

Official Response

In a joint communication from the ICT Services department and DUT’s official social media channels, the institution stated:

“By replacing ITS and iEnabler with this integrated system, we are making it easier for students to access services and manage their academic journey.”

The university has assured students and staff that no immediate action is required. Support will include:

  • Step-by-step user guides
  • Video tutorials and training
  • Dedicated help desks for the transition

Community Impact

The PeopleSoft Campus Solutions platform is expected to:

  • Reduce delays by automating workflows
  • Improve mobile access to academic services
  • Enable 24/7 self-service for registration and personal updates

A full support rollout will accompany the system launch to ensure a smooth transition for all users.
