“We are complaining that Ntabankulu is far away, and inaccessible to us there, we know when it is said that there is only voting there. It’s been 4 years without running water, we reported several times this issue of water,” shared a community member, reflecting the sentiments echoed by many protesters.
The demand for change is clear, with residents expressing a desire to be integrated into Ngquza Hill Local Municipality in Flagstaff as a viable alternative.
