What is happening?
The Eastern Cape MEC for Public Works, Infrastructure and Human Settlements, Siphokazi Lusithi, is officially handing over newly upgraded Agricultural Offices in Ngqamakhwe.
This project, valued at R21.9 million, replaces a demolished unsafe structure with a modern office complex intended to serve several villages within the Mnquma Local Municipality.

Here’s what the upgraded Ngqamakhwe Agricultural Offices include:
- Demolished unsafe building replaced

- 60-seater boardroom
- Medical store
- Four (4) storerooms
- Two (2) open-plan offices
- Administration office
- Control room
- IT office
- Records room
- New ablution facilities
Purpose: Serve as a local hub for agricultural support, recordkeeping, meetings, and coordination across Mnquma villages.
