Parents and learners at Bizana Senior Secondary School are reminded that the 2026 Grade 12 academic year will begin earlier than usual. All matrics are expected to report to school on Monday, 5 January 2026, at 7:30am.

This early start is aimed at giving the 2026 Grade 12 cohort a head start in preparation for the final year of school.

Who Must Report

All learners who will be in Grade 12 at Bizana Senior Secondary School in 2026 must be present on the reopening day.

The school’s principal, Mr X. Bhani, issued the reminder on the school’s official Facebook page and via a formal letter.

“This serves to remind parents and all the BIZANA S.S 2026 matric learners for the opening of schools on the 5th of January 2026, 7h30,” the letter reads.
