The 24-year-old, Lalela Mswane from KwaZulu-Natal is a model and dancer and holds a Bachelor of Law qualification from the University of Pretoria. She received R1 million in cash, she also will be allowed to use a fully furnished apartment at central Square Sandton, and a Mercedes Benz C-class sedan to use while she is Miss SA.

It seemed like the 24-yeare-old was already content with making it to the top three as she was quoted saying, “I really wasn’t expecting it, which is why I started crying. I was so shocked because I was already so fulfilled and blessed to have made top three. So, for me, this is genuinely just the cherry on top,” Lalela told Catriona Gray in an interview moment after being crowned.
