The late coach “Ntsimbi” to laid to rest Sunday

Legendary coach Motlatsi Hloaysi will be laid to rest this coming Sunday. Hloaysi, well known by Ntsimbi by the football community passed away last week Friday in a tragic accident on a N2 road between Mount Ayliff and Kokstad. During his memorial service different spears shared their memories with him.

Ntsimbi formerly coached FC Siyanda, Bizana Pondo Chiefs,  Yaka United, City Lads and Ayliff City.  He recently led Ayliff City into ABC Motsepe League last season, unfortunately he will not witness his hard work unfolding.

Mawethu George Gusha was amongst of people who sent warmth message to the family, friends, and football community.

“On behalf of Winnie Madikizela Mandela Local Municipality LFA, we were very shocked & saddened to hear the passing of Ayliff City Coach Mr Motlatsi Hloaysi”Tsimbi” as we affectionately called him’ was born and bred in Alfred-Nzo Region, he made a very big contribution in football fraternity in the region, Eastern Cape and National as a player, and coach in so many years, Tsimbi ‘Iron man was a humble man, jubilant soul who had a wonderful sense of humour, a man that had a funny story to tell but to illustrate a very serious point,

We will miss his fire, the twinkle in his eyes and his boisterous laughter , Tsimbi’ our life has been better for the fact that you were part of it! to his parent, children, friends, Ayliff City Football Club, SAFA Alfred-Nzo and the entire family we thanks you for the time you shared with us, we will keep you in time of bereavement and we hope that you take solace from the knowledge that he lived life to the full and that his soul rest in peace. – said Gusha
