White privilege is something black people deal with on a daily, Black people constantly have to justify their existence in the presence of white people.
Gareth Cliff hosted a discussion on politics and the upcoming elections with DA Leader John Steenhuisen and community activist Mudzuli Rakhivhane.
The Burning platform host’s Gareth Cliff, blatantly told Mudzuli Rakhivhane that no one cares about her experience on racism.
“I don’t think that many people are interested. In fact, the IRR [Institute of Race Relations] has shown us endless reports of people who say that racism is at the bottom of their list of priorities and concerns,” Cliff said.
Steenhuisen nodded in agreement with Cliff’s statements and kept on shouting Service delivery with a smile in his face.
Twitter was having none of it and threatened to boycott Nandos’ restaurant if they continued entertaining racism.
Nandos released a media statement that the flame Grilled chicken company won’t be sponsoring Gareth Cliff anymore.
