According to a statement released on Monday by the management of Durban restaurant, Wish on Florida, the establishment has announced the imminent closure of the restaurant. Effective 10th April 2023, when it will host what it calls, “The Last Supper”.

The establishment is said to have been suffering from severe business downturns, leaving directors with no choice but to close the establishment permanently.
One of the other reason was the shooting down of rapper Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes and his friend Tebello ‘Tibz’ Motsoane, who dined at the Wish with a group of friends on the 10th of February 2023.
