CIC Julius Malema in the East London Magistrates Court early this week addressed the fact that the presiding Magistrate has been late to every appearance for the past 5-Years and also raised issues about the dysfunctional state of the South African courts due to load-shedding.
Stating that this has been made worse by ill-disciplined Magistrates.
