King Sabata Dalindyebo Municipality convened its IDP, Budget and PMS Representative Forum at Jerald Raymond Hawkes Stadium on 04 December. The session brought officials, stakeholders and community structures together to shape the municipality’s 2026 planning cycle.
What Happened
The forum set out to align the Integrated Development Plan, municipal budget and performance systems. Officials shared updated data, outlined strategic pressures, and opened space for community input.
In addition, departments presented development priorities and reported on progress across key service areas.

Municipal leaders said the platform strengthens accountability and ensures credible planning.
“We must plan with accurate data and clear priorities so residents see real improvements,” an official noted during the session.
