GQEBERHA – The Provincial Serious and Violent Crimes unit in Gqeberha and SAPS Motherwell detectives worked tirelessly to ensure that there is a breakthrough in the case, following the shooting in Dyakalashe, NU 12 in Motherwell on Wednesday, 09 October 2024, where four people were shot.
The detectives managed to arrest four suspects (one female 27 and three males aged between 29 and 32). The female was arrested in Motherwell and the three males were arrested in Zwide and Joe Slovo.

The two victims, who died during the shooting had since been identified as Yandisa Mabuto (47) and Thembekiza Manyashe (40).
The four suspects will appear in the Motherwell magistrate court on Monday, 14 October 2024.
