The popular figure and business mogul, Lux took to twitter to share his confusion about the tragedy that struck his family and made his voice know when speaking to the news.

“This is simple, the problem is the EFF. They do not want to take defeat. We beat them in the streets and defended our Soweto. Our team is in collaboration with local law enforcement, so they did not stand a chance.

We managed to clean the streets all night and I was posting every hour, informing the world of our whereabouts.

A few minutes after 4:00 am, I received a call from my neighbours claiming that my house has been bombed, my family also ringed me and told me that a second one just went off from the roof.

Until now, I have not spoken to any of my family members including my mother. No one wants to tell me where they are and if they are even alive or not.” Said Lux.

On a post shared on twitter, the South Africans had different opinions about the matter, with some accusing the mogul of chasing clout, while others supported him. One user accused him of lies.

Another user defended him by saying that he directly contacted Nhlanhla Lux and confirmed the incident to be true.
