Problem 1: Forgotten Password
Go to https://ufiling.labour.gov.za
Click:
“Forgot Password”
You will need:

ID number
-
Registered email
-
OTP verification
Create a new password and log in.
Problem 2: OTP Not Received
If you do not receive OTP:

Check if your phone number is correct on your profile

Check spam folder for email OTP

Ensure your SIM is active
If number changed:
You must update details via UIF call centre or labour office.
Problem 3: Account Locked
After multiple failed login attempts:

Wait 30 minutes before retrying
