Sibusiso Sigxobo (28) from Mcetheni, Mbizana seeks for a financial support in order to fulfil his dream in a local football. Sigxobo formed Golden Stars FC, A football club of young boys who aspire to play a professional football one day. Sigxobo says he used to see these young boys playing next to the field when he was training.

Sigxobo emphasized that there is neither motivation nor inspiration as he is working alone with no support. He says this initiative needs one to put more effort, claiming that it is not easy to groom these young boys from scratch with no support of any kind.
“In most of the times I even use money out of my pocket because of my passion and the desire I have to see one of these boys playing a professional football. Adds Sigxobo.
This club, according to Sigxobo, has no kit and the boys play bare footed. In order for the boys to play they have to borrow a kit.He appealed from government or any businesses to lay a helping hand.
“We can be very grateful if any businesses or government can help us, I’m really interested in grooming these boys so that one day I see one of my boys playing a professional football. If I see one on TV, playing for a higher division, my heart will be at peace”
Sigxobo says this initiative has, since started, found a talent in this locality.
