INVITATION TO ALL INTERESTED PROSPECTIVE SUPPLIER TO REGISTER ON THE MUNICIPAL SUPPLIER DATABASE INCLUDING THOSE THAT ARE ALREADY REGISTERED TO SUBMIT UPDATED INFORMATION.
In terms of the Municipal Supply Chain Management Regulations 14(1) (ii), a municipality must annually invite prospective providers of goods or services to apply for evaluation and listing as accredited prospective providers. All current and prospective suppliers of goods and services must be registered on the database in terms of the Supply Chain Management Policy of Ntabankulu Local Municipality.
This notice serves to invite current and prospective suppliers of goods and services to update/register on the Suppliers Database of the Ntabankulu Local Municipality. Current service providers are urged to verify and update the information of their enterprise at the Supply Chain Management Office. All previously registered potential suppliers will be expected to re-apply for registration as their details might have changed during the financial year.
All prospective service providers are required to apply on Central Supplier Database in order to do business with all organs of the State in the Republic of South Africa at https://secured.csd.gov.za. non registration will be regarded as non-responsive and be disqualified from the bid.
