The founder of Beauty With Brains Academy Siziphiwe Gwagwa of Izikhuba area in Bizana started modeling in 2017 while studying in Coastal College near Port Shepstone and strong love of it became so strong, though she never won the competition. Upon discovering the talent and confidence that she displayed she gained enough motivation to embrace modeling. In 2019 she was approached by two different ladies who were to model in different beauty competitions, to help them acquire skills, and it was a start of new beginning as he squeezed on small space at her home to train them, hence Academy eventually came into being.  Many beautiful ladies are stuck in drug addiction in Wild Coast Sun area hence she is using this academy to keep some women out of drug problem.

Siziphiwe actually entered many competitions few to count is Miss Coastal College First Runner Up 2018-2019, Miss United Nations 2019 first runner up, Miss Spectecular 2020 Queen, Miss SA Pre Tertiary 2021 first Runner Up, Miss Youth National Eastern Cape Queen 2021, Miss Golden Treasure Founder etc. her academy worked with Miss Heritage hosted by Siphokazi Nogojela on September 2024. They were helping models for the competition with Sisanele Hluthwa her sister, by training them in Wild Coast Sun. Amazingly, all Beauty With Brains Academy Models came back with Crowns, and Miss Heritage 2024 is theirs. Though they have built their legacy, much remains a challenge like lack of adequate shoes that the ladies can wear for competitions, challenge of a stable venue for rehearsals, and the parents not really endorsing her to pursue with academy.

Academy is boasting of producing Miss Junior World Radiance 2024, Ilungile Mvimbi, winning in Mpumalanga in last July, Miss Bizana Beaty With Purpose 2024 Wandisa Maliwa. They snatched all Miss Heritage crowns. Miss Heritage Queen 2024, Athini Dinga, Pre-teen Heritage Queen, Melissa Mbokwana, Pre-teen second Princess, Lwandle Mkhungo, 1st Princess Pre-teen, Oluhle Diya,. 2nd Proncess Lona Bhixi, Pre-teen Heritage Queen 2023, Nobuhle Ngubane. There are many more achievers and the few mentioned  to encourage the parents to see what their children do.
