Originally hailing from Nxarhabe Location in Flagstaff, Eastern Cape, Sibapiwe Hadebe has achieved a major milestone by earning a prestigious award in the esteemed Mrs South Africa 2025 pageant. Currently residing and working in KwaZulu-Natal with her husband and children, Hadebe’s remarkable journey is one of passion, perseverance, and purpose.
Hadebe’s decision to participate in the national competition was driven by her lifelong dream of gracing a national stage. Reflecting on her achievement, she expressed profound gratitude:
“This award means that I get to continue with my vision of empowering myself while empowering other women. It has exceeded my expectations and will transform my life moving forward. I am in awe that the Mrs SA management team saw me fit for this honour.”
A strong advocate for lifelong learning, Hadebe upholds the belief that “learning does not stop with age, and the right attitude allows it to flourish.” This principle aligns closely with the values of the Mrs SA pageant and inspires her approach to life.
Beyond her personal accolades, Hadebe’s brand ambassadorship for Monise, a natural beauty products line, marks a new chapter in her journey. She expressed her enthusiasm for representing Monise: “Monise speaks to who I am as a person, especially with its natural products. I fell in love with them while promoting various brands partnered with Mrs SA. Being chosen as their 2025 Brand Ambassador allows me to promote these products in a genuine, authentic way.” Her connection to the brand stems from a personal aspiration to enhance her natural beauty: “I love my natural lashes and eyebrows and dreamt of growing them naturally while boosting my confidence. Monise is a brand close to my heart.”
Participating in the Mrs SA pageant was both challenging and rewarding. Hadebe shared the highs and lows of her experience, emphasizing her determination to savor every moment:
“All I prayed for was to relive my childhood vision and make every moment count. It was a challenging period, but it brought out the best in me.” The night of the pageant remains vivid in her memory: “Walking on stage with the other contestants, joking around, and hearing my name called in the Top 10 was a surreal moment. When I made it to the Top 5, I was overwhelmed with excitement—I even laughed out loud because that’s how I react when I’m really excited!”
Hadebe’s post-pageant aspirations are rooted in community impact. She intends to harness her achievements to uplift and inspire others:
“I want to motivate, educate, and encourage my community. I’ve already initiated projects, including partnering with networks to provide sanitary pads for young girls in need and engaging in various corporate social investment initiatives.” She also participates in public speaking engagements to share her story and inspire positive change.
