The ATM has once again been vindicated by the SARS response to the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) application by the Democratic Alliance.

SARS is now ON RECORD that Mr. Ramaphosa did not declare the income following the millions he admitted to having received in the PhalaphalaFarmGate so-called transactions with Mr Hazim Fataf.

This vindicates the substantive s89 motion to remove Mr. Ramaphosa for violating his oath of office by failing to uphold, defend and respect the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Furthermore, the ATM is vindicated for supporting the findings and recommendations of the s89 Panel Report which found a prima facie case that Mr Ramaphosa may have violated his Oath of Office.

In addition, the ATM is again vindicated for opposing the now failed Review Application by Mr Ramaphosa to have the s89 Panel Report set aside.

Following the letter from SARS, we can now safely say that Mr Ramaphosa stole from the poor. If you evade tax, you are a fiscal Thief.

It cannot be that South Africa allows a Constitutional Delinquent and a fiscal Thief to reshuffle Cabinet.

At 19h00 tonight, Mr Ramaphosa must tender his resignation and face the full wrath of the law.
