In a world where women still face obstacles in rising to leadership positions, 19-year-old Zizipho Tobo is breaking barriers and inspiring a new generation, a first-year student at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), Zizipho is the founder of Women That Lead, an organization dedicated to nurturing leadership potential in young women and building a future where gender equality is the norm.
Driven by a deep passion for change, Zizipho recognized early on the urgent need to empower women and create spaces where their voices are amplified.
