President Cyril Ramaphosa has extended his heartfelt condolences to the families of those who have lost their lives in the devastating floods that have hit the Eastern Cape province. He also appealed to citizens to reach out to vulnerable members of their families and communities, particularly those with limited resources or living alone, to ensure their safety and comfort during this challenging time.
