The training was designed to help councillors adapt to modern administrative systems and digital workflows. Organisers said it formed part of the municipality’s commitment to improving efficiency and service delivery. “This training was an important step towards modernising our municipality and equipping leaders with the skills needed in a digital era,” said one facilitator.
