The community of Makhwwntini matched the Magistrate court demanding Justice for Siphelele Nyama, they say justice will only be served if Msizi does not get bail and they want him to rot in jail.
Nolungile Tshungana (Siphelele Nyama’s Aunt) said as the family they feel unhappy about the murder of Siphelele because he was killed like a criminal. She added that the alleged perpetrator is someone close to the family, She says as a family they want closure and that will only happen if the alerged perpetrator is arrested together with everyone implicated on the brutal killing of Siphelele.
Samkelo Lushaba ( Siphelele’s Cousin) said they live in fear because there is a threatening list which includes the names of people who might be next in line. He said it have become difficult to even sleep at night because anyone cab be the next victim.
Babongile Qunya and her son (Nkosinathi Qunya)were arrested on Thursday morning, by Orgernise crime together with the Mpisi police officials in line with the murder of Siphelele Nyama. they are said to appear in Court on Wednesday the 23rd of February 2022.
Msizi Khomo’s case was postponed to the same date of Wednesday the 23rd of April 2022.
