The controversial advocate, Malesela Teffo, has been removed from the advocates list and barred from practicing law.
The decision was taken by the Acting Judge Thembi Bokako and Judge Justice Nyathi at the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria on Friday.

This follows after an application by the Legal Practice Council (LPC) to have Teffo taken off the roll of advocates or be suspended.
The LPC previously argued that there were at least 22 allegations of misconduct against Teffo, including misappropriation of funds, misconduct and corruption.
Passing the judgement, Bokako said, Teffo’s acts were serious and dishonest.
