The Office of the Premier in partnership with relevant stakeholders continued their Back to School journey to Mdikisweni Junior Secondary School (JSS) in Qhasa Village, ward 11, on Friday, January 24, 2025.
This outreach marked the last day of the Eastern Cape EXCO outreach in Alfred Nzo District, bringing relief to those in need. Alfred Nzo District Municipal Mayor, Cllr V Mhlelembana, led the delegation, accompanied by Winnie Madikizela Mandela-Local Municipality Mayor, Cllr TD Mafumbatha.
Cllr Mhlelembana applauded the government’s outreach, saying it has made a huge difference to the beneficiaries. At Mdikisweni Junior Secondary School, 27 students received school uniforms, including shoes, tracksuits, vests, belts, underwear, and agricultural inputs.
