The Eastern Cape Department of Education’s Human Resource Development Directorate has joined forces with Higher Education Institutions, including Walter Sisulu University and the University of Fort Hare, to roll out a province-wide recruitment drive for the Matthew Goniwe and Funza Lushaka bursaries.
