Mount Road police is pleading for support from the community for help in tracking down the suspects linked to the homicide of Ockert Bosch ( 87 ) in his home at Gqeberha, Cotswold Extension on August 19 2022.
As stated by the police captain Sandra Janse Van Rensburg it is alleged that at around about 08:45 on Friday, August 19, community members alerted the police of possible housebreaking in progress as they noticed someone suspiciously making an exit from Bosch’s House.
At the entrance, the cops found the back door forced open. The house was raided and an elderly man was found lying on the floor. At that time no foul play was suspected due to the medical history of the deceased. However, the post-mortem results indicated the contrary and revealed that the cause of death was due to blunt force trauma to the Head.
