Durban is set to host one of the most anticipated gospel events of the year as the Pre-Easter Gospel Music Festival 2026 takes place at the iconic Durban International Convention Centre on 28 March 2026.
The festival promises an unforgettable evening of praise and worship, bringing together some of South Africa’s most celebrated gospel artists. Leading the powerful lineup is award-winning singer Ntokozo Mbambo, alongside renowned gospel voices such as Solly Mahlangu and Khaya Mthethwa.
Also set to grace the stage are the hosts, Ncandweni Christ Ambassadors, as well as other beloved performers including Takie Ndou, Nozipho Phiri, Lusanda Beja, and Ncebakazi Msomi.
Taking place in the vibrant coastal city, the event will open its doors at 15:30, with the main show kicking off at 17:30. Attendees can expect a spiritually uplifting experience filled with powerful performances, unity, and celebration ahead of the Easter season.
Tickets for the festival are available from R250, with R350 tickets already sold out—highlighting the strong demand and excitement surrounding the event. This makes it an accessible yet highly sought-after gathering for gospel music lovers.
