90-day fitness challenge is a collaboration between Qhakaza Foundation, and I AM MAN foundation, to advocate for heathy lifestyles, especially amongst men and young men. This challenge is a build up to the MR SA that will be held In November 2022 to promote and support Darion Langenhoven as a semi-finalist. Around these 90 days they are going to be engaging in activities which are based around health, wellness, fitness, healthy eating and outdoor activities.
This event came about as an attempt by the two organisations involved (Qhakaza Foundation & I AM MAN) to find a way to promote the overlapping values and goals that the organisations share. They decided that a “90 Day Fitness Challenge” would be the best way to raise awareness (and funds) around their goals and showcase the work that the two organisations can do in the community.
“During the entirety of the 90 days (+-13 weeks) there will be daily and weekly content posted on all social media pages of the organisations involved. This content will be documenting the journey of the fitness challenge participants towards a fitter, healthier and happier version of themselves. This content is what people will be following as they witness the journey and are inspired to do the same,” said one of the Organisers
People will then be encouraged to follow and support the work done by the respective organisations
