One of the beneficiaries Nokubonga Tanzi, who received food parcels and blankets expressed joy and excitement. Destitute woman Nolusapho Vanda said she had sleepless nights not knowing what she and her family will eat but because of this program now she is happy.

Servant Mncedisi Zungula the ATM Head of Administration says they did not handout food parcels to the flood affected homes only but also included families who are less advantaged. Zungula says  they chose women’s day for this program because most families are headed by women.
