Police in the Eastern Cape Province are investigating the case of the rape of a 16-year-old boy at an initiation school in Monti.
According to reports, six men are accused of the incident, according to a reliable witness.
Police spokesperson Warrant Officer Majola Nkohli confirmed on Wednesday that a case has been opened at the police station for the reported rape of a Grade 10 boy while he was at the initiation school last month.

“I again urge all the men of the province to think seriously when it comes to these crimes.
Majola called for the arrest of the craftsman and the nurses who cared for the novice at the initiation school.
