The GKM has issued a warning to motorists travelling towards Kokstad through N2 from Harding side, and from Eastern Cape to KZN that today there will be a road closure on the N2 interchange due to roadworks which require rock blasts.
The municipality says this will affect traffic flow and cause delays which is estaimated to take not less than two hours between 10h00- 12h00.
