Mbhashe Local Municipality has started a four-day training programme for Ward Committee Secretaries in Dutywa. The programme began on Tuesday at Mazidlekhaya and is focused on improving local governance skills.

Official Response

Council Speaker Cllr Babalwa Majavu officially opened the programme. She explained that ward committees exist to promote public participation and strengthen democracy at grassroots level.
