Stellenbosch University student Theuns du Toit has been found guilty after failing to comply with the university’s disciplinary code for students.
Du Toit inflicted himself in hot water and also faced a police probe after a video of him urinating on Babalo Ndwayana’s personal belongings went viral.
The end result of his hearing was announced on Thursday evening. Du Toit was also found of violating the Amended Residence Rules. He has been expelled.
