The Eastern Cape Provincial Government visited Ndlambe Local Municipality on 27 November 2025 for a major Provincial Outreach Programme. Leaders from the province and Sarah Baartman District joined the event to strengthen coordination and improve service delivery.
What Happened
The day began with the official handover of a Water Tank Moulding Machine to Robyn May Enterprise. The business is one of the province’s standout youth-owned enterprises supported through the Isiqalo Youth Fund.
Provincial leaders said the handover forms part of broader efforts to boost local manufacturing and expand economic opportunities for young entrepreneurs. They emphasised that youth-driven businesses must receive equipment, mentorship and market access to grow.

Robyn May Enterprise has built a reputation for innovation and community impact. Provincial officials said the new machine will increase production capacity and help meet the demand for water storage solutions in rural and coastal communities.
The province emphasized the Isiqalo Youth Fund as a key tool for unlocking youth participation in priority sectors. The programme supports businesses that create jobs and provide essential services.
