Mpondoland Star Visits Port St John’s

Actress Siziphiwe Maqubela, who plays Noma in an upcoming Mzansi Magic drama, visited Port St John’s during day three of the Councillors’ Computer Training Programme. Her tour celebrates local talent and the Wild Coast’s cultural heritage ahead of the show’s 7 December 2025 premiere.

Maqubela met artists at the Art Centre and Development Agency, praising the creativity of the region. The municipality is supporting the production, calling it a boost for Mpondo culture and local tourism.
