Kaizer Chiefs have officially confirmed that midfielder Yusuf Maart has left the club’s pre-season training camp currently underway in Austria.
In a short statement issued on Monday, the club announced:
“Kaizer Chiefs can confirm that Yusuf Maart has departed the training camp in Austria.”
No further details regarding the nature of his departure or future plans were shared in the announcement.
Maart joined Amakhosi in 2022 and made a significant impact during his time at the club, becoming a regular feature in the squad. His exit comes amid pre-season preparations as the team continues its training under new technical leadership in Europe.
