On Wednesday, a transformative event unfolded as the Minister of Agriculture, Hon. Zoleka Capa, together with Mayor Cllr V. Mhlelembana of Alfred Nzo District Municipality and Mayor Cllr TD Mafumbatha of Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Local Municipality, formally handed over tractors and a host of essential agricultural tools to the Dyifani community in ward 31.
Deputy Minister Capa’s mission is clear: to alleviate the burdens borne by those who make their living through farming. In addition to the tractor handover, he passionately encouraged the early teaching of handcrafts to children, paving the way for new employment opportunities to flourish within the Dyifani village.
