Walter Sisulu University (WSU) celebrated Women’s Day in style as brand ambassadors and top-performing female students were honoured at a gala event held at Garden Court, Mthatha.
The gala recognised students who have excelled in their respective faculties, highlighting their strength, resilience, and determination.
Guest speaker Dr Tarisai Mpofu delivered an inspiring message on self-belief, urging students to embrace their limitless potential and focus on their priorities. She praised their hard work and dedication, describing their achievements as a testament to perseverance.
