The bodies of two men were found in the bushes near Grinneker Dam in Mdantsane, it is reported that a passerby who was collecting recycle bottles came across the two unknown bodies.
Police spokesperson, Captain Hazel Mqala, said the men are believed to be in their twenties and had visible gunshot wounds to the upper body.
“Their hands were tied behind their backs, and the police have opened two murder dockets for investigation”, said Mqala.
She said the SAPS has initiated a 72-hour activation to gather information to identify witnesses and link suspects.
