At the helm is the esteemed Sakhele Mzalazala, who brings over 25 years of expertise in the entertainment industry to his role as Chairperson.

Sakhele Mzalazala, a music business veteran, has managed and advised top South African artists, including the late Zahara, Sfiso Ncwane, and Master KG. His work with global platforms like CD Baby and The Music Imbizo has significantly elevated African talent on the international stage. As Chairperson, Mzalazala aims to drive Tshisa Talent’s mission to empower artists and advocate for industry growth.

  • Marveen Charles – Secretary
    Based in Knysna, Charles is an experienced educator and creative professional. Her background as a theatre stage actress, scriptwriter, and choir director underscores her dedication to fostering artistic talent in her community.
  • Tigger Reunert – Treasurer
    A seasoned performer and financial expert, Reunert’s role ensures Tshisa Talent’s financial stability. He has collaborated with iconic South African acts like PJ Powers and Ladysmith Black Mambazo, combining his artistic and fiscal expertise to benefit the organization.
  • Nikki Froneman – Deputy Chairperson
    An accomplished artist manager and live tour producer, Froneman’s career spans over two decades. As the Founder of Arte Viva Management, she has fostered international artistic collaboration, positioning her to further Tshisa Talent’s outreach and impact.
