GQEBERHA – Emergency services were called to the scene of a small single-engine plane crash landing in Gqeberha on Friday afternoon. While details remain scarce, early reports suggest that no one on board sustained serious injuries.
Eyewitness Corne Muller, who was nearby at the time, said he saw the plane flying unusually low. “I didn’t hear the engine running,” he told SABC News. Although Muller didn’t witness the crash itself, he arrived at the scene within minutes and captured several photos.
Authorities are continuing their investigation into the cause of the crash, with more information expected in the coming days.
